Selling a Mobile Home or Vacant Land in Johnson, Hood, Hill, Tarrant or Bosque County, TX?

I run my own demolition and haul-off equipment, so a mobile home that's past saving isn't a problem.

What I Buy (and What I Don't)

I buy

• As-is mobile homes

• Fire-damaged mobile homes

• Vacant lots of roughly 1 acre

I don't do

• Retail listings

• Houses that should be listed for top dollar (an agent is a better fit there)

Mobile Home and Vacant Land FAQ

Do you buy mobile homes on land that need to be torn down or hauled off?

Yes. I do demolition and haul-off with my own equipment, so a mobile home in rough shape can still get an offer.  I do not buy mobile homes without land.

Will you buy a burned or fire-damaged mobile home?

Yes. I buy as-is, and you don't need to clean it up first.

What kind of land do you buy?

Vacant lots of about 1 acre in Johnson, Hood, Hill, Tarrant and Bosque counties, with or without an old mobile home on them. If yours is a different size, call and ask.

Are you a real estate agent? Will you list my property?

No. I'm a direct buyer, not an agent, and I don't list property. If you have a house that should sell for top dollar on the open market, listing with an agent is probably the better route.
